I don't quite know what MP4 is, but I know some things you can try.
Go to google and type in "media.io" and go to the convershion website. convert it into a wav. file to use on flash.
you can also try going to media-convert.com and change it there, but Im not sure if the site works anymore. I would try media.io 1st
If both of those fail, type the name of the song in youtube, most likely there is a video with the song. if there is, make another youtube find, and type in "how to download music from youtube videos" there are alot of sites that will do it, I just don't remember what ones.
