which browser do u use, mozilla firfox, google chrome, opera. And if its only javascript thats failing to work ur computer is safe at worst u might have to reinstall windows, i cant help u until u explain in detail what's happening
Internet Explorer, it will appear as a normal screen and all but then every thins is white, but the letters are blue colored
