So my girlfriend dumped me.... which i'm sad about
I got a small cold and i can't breathe outta my nose
almost all my privilages are gone at home
and i can't really go to my friends house either...
yep... Life doesn't get better then this...

Some of these things require no skill at all. Just repetition and gut. Once you break your psychological barriers, you will be required to destroy your self preservation instinct. Even after you conquer your mind your muscles will tense involuntarily during flips. Practice more.
